      Why my printer cannot work after installing GetPDF ?      

           Please restart your computer, and then both your printer and all your printers will work.

      Does GetPDF support Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 ?

     Absolutely, all GetPDF products work with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022, both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64).

      I have found no GetPDF printer installed. What can be the problem?

          Special procedure should be taken before installing GetPDF,

           1. "Start"->"Run"
           2. Type in this command,

               RUNDLL32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /b "Color Printer" /f %windir%\inf\ntprint.inf /r "LPT1:" /m "Lexmark Optra Color 1200 PS"

           3. Install GetPDF, all will be okay.

I am running Windows 7, your software does not start up?      

           Please wait for the loading process to complete. It takes 10 to 15 seconds on Windows 7.

Your software won't run, the CPU load of my computer is 100%. Why?      

           On some computers with smaller memory, our software will start up slowly. Please wait.



The software fails to convert some PDF files?      

           If you PDF file is generated from a scanned document, our products won't work.

How to process PDF document with passwords?      

           Specify the owner password before processing.

Does your product support Adobe Acrobat 10 and PDF 1.7 standards?      

           Sure. Our products support Adobe Acrobat 3 to 10, and PDF 1.1 to 1.5.

Do you have command line versions for your products?      

           Command line versions are available upon request. The price can be negotiated.
